We have our own beautiful venue of a fully equipped dance studio with ballet barres and mirrors to accommodate your child‘s birthday party.
We offer Bespoke parties for Little ones age 3 - 10 yrs . We cater for 10-15 children offering special pink parties, with a ballerina theme.
We will organise everything for you, from setting up to packing away.
Invitations and decorations, a professional ballerina guest star, party games, prizes, face painting, hairstyling , tutu’s, comfy grip socks, soft play, balloons, dancing, accessories , party bags all entertainment and a party gift for the birthday child.
This is something we have a great deal of expertise in since we are a full-time ballet school with many professional dancers who were once little ballerinas .
All you have to do is turn up with the birthday child , guests , party food, drink and birthday cake. We will set it all up for you and clear away , which means you get to give your little one a birthday to remember, and enjoy it with them, in a safe and fun environment .
An Event to Remember
We have one fixed price of £350.00 with no hidden extras for a maximum of 15 children, for 2 hours of pure pink fun and entertainment .
All of our West London Dance Academy members receive a 15% discount off of a party booked with us at anytime and Non- members receive a 10% discount for parties booked now for 2023 and 2024 . The birthday child and guests , who are not already WLDA members, all receive 10% off of a 4 week trial in any of our dance classes @

The Party
When you arrive for the party the studio will be set up for you with a beautiful pink back drop, a pink party table ,with party themed plates cups, pink and white balloons , ballet accessories, and decorations. There will be a teepee and soft play ball pit for little siblings if required.
The party will commence with a guest appearance from one of our prima ballerina‘s who will arrive in a tutu en pointe and perform a short display.
The Birthday child and guests will then be invited to put on our tutus and costumes along with a brand new pair of non slip grip socks to wear in the studio.
We will paint faces with all things pink, colourful and pretty and we will style hair in ballet buns for those that would like .
Our professional ballerina will encourage the party host and guests to dance like her in a simple and active way whilst having fun with props such as ribbons, soft balls and fairy wands.
The birthday child may have a picture with the ballerina.
We will entertain the guests with musical themed party games and provide ballerina, princess, prince and fairy prizes .
We will help you set up the food whilst the children are having fun with our entertainer.
Children can then use our soft play balls to roll around and dance as much as they like with our ballerina and entertainers safely instructing.
The party will wind down, with our special ballerina surprise , and then blowing out the birthday cake and will end with a ballerina story, read by our ballerina guest star, whilst the cake is cut and wrapped for you.
Children will then get changed and receive their party bags (provided by us) from the birthday child and leave the party dancing like ballerinas all the way home.
